Capella is home to our winery and our stunning flagship vineyard. As it is normally closed to the public, this is an unprecedented invitation for our winners to experience an exclusive VIP tour of Capella, during vintage with our winemaker. Capella was recently certified organic and sustainable, and our winemaker will give you an insight into the knowledge and passion it takes to achieve sustainable and organic winemaking. Our vineyard is literally buzzing with wildlife and flowers, and during vintage it is also a hive of activity. You will get an insight into the behind the scenes drive that it takes to craft exceptional wines.
After the vineyard an exquisite long lunch will be served at Tedesca Osteria, Gourmet Travellers' ‘Best Australian restaurant of the year 2022’. So, we know you are in for an exceptional culinary experience. Brigitte Hafner offers an exquisite, seasonally based, fixed menu dining experience, utilising her own biodynamic farm produce, with meat and fish sourced from ethical providers in Australia. There is one sitting per day for an extended lunch experience. We are thrilled to extend our prize offering to include 2 seats for you at her table.
Staying at the 5-star coastal RACV Cape Schanck Resort for 2 nights, there will be the option to enjoy the bars and restaurants, the golf course if that tickles your fancy, and of course pamper time at One Spa. 2x $400 One Spa vouchers will be included for your indulgence.
