SEASON

2019 was a warm season with a cool, dry April perfect for ripening, allowing full flavour development, and a good ‘hang time’ on the vine developing full ripeness and flavour complexity.

WINEMAKING

The locally developed Coonawarra clones are aged between 20 and 50 years. The wine was aged for 15 months in a mix of old and new oak, mostly French.
