A typical Pinot Grigio from Venezia Giulia, this wine has charming floral and spice aromas with pear fruit and nuts. The palate has delicate flavours of pear with almond meal, mineral notes and a clean finish.
The fruit was gently pressed and the must was fermented in stainless steel vats held at between 15-17°C; the wine was cool stored in temperature-controlled tanks until bottling, all with the aim of preserving delicate fruit flavours and aromas.

The region is protected from the harsh northern European climate by the Alps, the foothills of which form Veneto's northern extreme. These cooler climates are well-suited to white varieties.
