Apparently, there are people who do not like oysters. To them we offer our deepest sympathy. To celebrate the launch of our Tasmanian Sparkling Cuvee, we will be freshly shucking $1 oysters on January 26th.
This event is perfect for food and wine nerds – especially if you have ever been curious about oyster and wine regionality.
Try Appellation oysters with our new release sparkling or take a flight of Handpicked wines from all over the world with oysters and four different dressings.
For those not seduced by the delicious mollusc, we will have our usual delicious array of cheese and charcuterie!
