Join Sydney Oyster Girls and Handpicked Wines for the ultimate oyster and wine workshop. Explore Australia’s finest oyster regions with a curated selection of oysters from across the country. This hands-on workshop will teach you the art of shucking an oyster as well as give you the know-how to pair oysters with wine.
Join us at the cellar door to shuck (and eat!) your own oysters and learn the differences between varieties and regions.
Your ticket includes a minimum of 15 oysters and a wine tasting. All utensils will be provided - just bring yourself and your appetite for the ultimate oyster experience.

Sydney Oyster Girls was founded by Maria Barkman in 2015 and is a unique catering business concept that doesn't just sell oysters - they're about experience, entertainment and fun. They are renowned for their engaging, energetic and knowledgeable staff that roam functions with a oyster belt around their waist, from which they shuck and serve fresh oysters to the guest. Due to the overwhelming positive response from the guests, Maria decided to share her passion and the fun of opening and eating oysters with more people by running interactive shucking workshops.
