As the importer of Australia’s largest range of premium caviar, Lisa will take you through an exploration of the history of caviar, give you insights into how it is sourced, why it is loved, and why caviar is the ultimate in fine food. Each masterclass will involve tastings of different types of caviar paired with wines and vodka.
