THE FINER DETAILS
This is a medium-weight wine with a complex nose of ripe plums and berries with hints of spice and oak. The palate is bright with juicy berry fruits, fresh acid and satisfying tannin.Download Tasting Notes
2015 was a strong vintage - yields were good, disease pressure was low and mild conditions produced fruit of excellent flavour and balance.
This fruit was picked in early March then fermented in small open fermenters and plunged by hand. The wine was matured in French barriques and steel tank, producing delicate oak character while retaining juicy fruit flavours.
