2014 vintage had a warm and dry finish to the season, producing good conditions for ripening, and the small harvest was relatively early and of excellent quality. This Pinot Noir fruit was picked in late January.
The fruit was destemmed and hand plunged in open fermenters. The wine was aged in French oak barriques, one third new; the oak was selected from three coopers.
