THE FINER DETAILS
A captivating nose of blackberry and dark cherry fruits with mocha and chocolate oak character. The medium weight palate has savoury berry flavours, robust tannins and a long finish.Download Tasting Notes
The fruit was hand harvest in late-March/early April and fermented in static red fermenters. The wine was aged in French oak barriques, 40 per cent new, for 15 months.

Highbow Hill Vineyard is made up of 40 hectares of established vines planted on rolling hills just north of the Yarra Valley.
Soils are sandy loam over clay and gravel over mudstone.
