THE FINER DETAILS
Delicate aromas of red berry and dried herbs with savoury characters and just a hint of oak to finish. This wine will compliment venison and kangaroo dishes as well as aged hard cheese such as Cheddar and Ossau-Iraty.Download Tasting Notes
The warm and dry finish to the 2014 season was good for Cabernet ripening and the small harvest was of excellent quality.
Made in open fermenters with hand plunging, this wine was aged for 15 months in old and new French oak; a portion was kept in tank.
