Good rains over winter and spring replenished Coonawarra’s precious underground aquifers for the 2014 season. Yields were moderate and a long, slow ripening period allowed optimum ripening of Cabernet fruit.
This wine was matured for 15 months in old and new oak hogsheads, predominantly American and some French.
