Flavours of dark fruits, chocolate, dried herbs and bay leaf, in the distinctive Margaret River style. In winter, serve with slow cooked lamb shanks and in summer try with butterflied lamb off the barbecue.Download Tasting Notes
Another excellent vintage in Margaret River, with favourable conditions throughout, little disease pressure and minimal bird damage. Harvest was from late-March to mid-April.
This wine has fruit from three vineyards – one in Wallcliffe, in the south of the region, and two at Carbunup in the north. The wine was aged for 12 months in French oak and a portion was kept in tank.
